Ingredients

1 litre double cream

250ml Greek yoghurt

250g mixed Fruits of the Forest berries (frozen)

200g icing sugar

6 tablespoons Finders Fruits of the Forest Gin.

Method

Add all ingredients into food mixer – whizz to blend.  Taste for sweetness and alcohol content; add more if desired.

Pour into iced lolly moulds leaving a little space at the top and freeze overnight.

To serve, dip each mould quickly into a bowl of hot water until lollies can be removed easily. (makes approx.6-8)
