Ingredients
100ml Finders Sherbet Lemon Vodka
600ml Original tonic (or mixer of choice)
Juice of one lemon or lime (if desired)
Lemon slices to decorate (optional)
Method
In a large mixing jug add all the liquid ingredients. Give it a good mix.
Pour into each of the lolly moulds, leaving a little space at the top.
Add a slice of lemon into the lolly mould – or garnish of choice.
Freeze overnight.
To serve, dip each mould quickly into a bowl of hot water until lollies can be removed easily.(makes upto 10)
